1.Rich PID function
Compared with the single PID function of general inverter, the special machine has more than 2 groups of PID parameters;
Not only can it be switched through the terminals, but also according to the process requirements, it can flexibly realise the linear adjustment of PID, which can easily solve the tension control problems when building sheets, large and small rolls, high and low speeds.

2.Perfect torque control
Compared with the simple torque control of general-purpose frequency converter, the special machine has a complete tension control system;
Whether the tension is given, or the internal torque conversion, without the need for external PLC complex calculations, automatically carry out a variety of torque compensation, well meet the customer's requirements of the actual winding and unwinding equipment.

3. Roll diameter calculation function
One of the core elements of tension control, the same as the mainstream practice on the market, specialised products through the relationship between linear velocity and angular velocity, calculated the size of the current roll diameter, and through the variance sampling, the discrete signal into a continuous change of the real roll diameter, for the subsequent tension control and monitoring to provide convenience.
